Saturday Night Room Alternatives

For those of you coming from afar, alumni Peter Sikli (now Shikli) has reserved a couple of local hotel rooms open to sharing. It's the Days Inn, 3007 Santa Monica Bl, Santa Monica, 04274@wynhg.com 310-829-6333 -- 2 miles east of St. Monica's. $16 shuttle from LAX. Peter will have a car to come and go from the reunion. Two queen beds +rollaways in each non-smoking room with wifi. To claim a spot, get $60/person to Peter, who can accept credit cards at 503-570-6831 work or 949-677-3705 home. Sunday Morning Bicycle Boardwalk

Alumni Peter Sikli (now Shikli) is also leading a bicycle ride Sunday morning along the Santa Monica boardwalk to Venice for brunch at:

Meet in front of St. Monica's Church after the 09:30 mass, walk 7 blocks SW to the Breeze Bike Share Station at 400-450 Arizona Ave. to rent bicycles, unless you bring your own bike, skates, skateboard, or running shoes. Bikes rent for $7.20/hr. We'll arrive at the restaurant around 11 AM for those meeting us there. Current St. Monica High students, parents, and faculty will be invited in case they want to hear what it was like a half century ago.
